THE BULLETPROOF SURFER PROGRAM

A 12-week online customized training program that is designed specifically to your body, injury history, current issues with mobility, strength and/or conditioning, your schedule, and gym equipment access. The program consists of strength, mobility, and conditioning training that will address whatever restrictions or challenges your body is currently facing when surfing.

I will be there every step of the way to answer questions, give support when needed, and adjust programming any time it is appropriate. The program is built based on your progress and feedback each week for optimal advancement.

The goal is to unlock and empower your body in the ocean and safeguard it against injury. Designed to progress you quickly, yet safely, and to give you MORE time in the water NOT LESS — each workout will never require more than 40 minutes of your time.

 I’ve been surfing since I was 12 and my love for surfing is a big part of what keeps me alive. If you surf, you know. You also know how badly it feels when an injury, pain or something in your body keeps you out of the water, or holds you back from surfing how you want to. 

 

All of a sudden, you're on the other side of 30, and your body isn’t cooperating like it used to. You might feel like this thing you love so much is slowly being taken away from you. Or maybe you feel great in the water, but simply want to improve and maximize your potential.

 

Surfing demands a lot from our bodies: strength, stability, mobility, flexibility, & endurance are all required in the water. Teaching your body to move in the correct way is essential. With the right training program in place, your best surfing days can 100% be ahead of you. 

 

I’ve been training all different types of people and athletes for the last 17 years. What drives me more than anything is helping people feel free in their bodies so that they can do what they love for the

rest of their lives. 

 

That’s why I created my online training program The BULLETPROOF SURFER. My goal is to get you into the best surfing shape of your life so that you never have to miss out on a good day or good wave again.
