Online Training
Online training is a great option for motivated individuals who need guidance and support with training and nutrition. Through a custom app, each week you will receive your workouts for the week with video instruction, and your nutrition plan with a detailed menu and recipes. Accountability will be implemented through the tracking of workouts, food consumption, and progress photos/weigh in's each week. Online training allows you take control and ownership over your body and health, while still receiving the support from myself every step of the way.
